In this session, we will review how M365 components can be leveraged to track and manage approvals for technology changes that could impact an entire institution (e.g operating system patches, new versions of self service, switch upgrades, etc…). Our solution uses SharePoint Online, Teams, and Power Automate to provide users with a tightly integrated, user-friendly experience.
